Kemp Rd will be closed to through traffic starting Tuesday or Wednesday from Littlefield to Ziegler Rd., to replace a cross pipe west of Ziegler Rd at the bottom of the hill.
The last house accessable going west is house #361 across from Ziegler Rd. The last house accessable going east is house #417.
