Per CT General Statutes §12-110-12-112, property owners in Scotland can appeal the assessment of REAL ESTATE, PERSONAL PROPERTY and MOTOR VEHICLES on the 2020 Grand List and the 2019 Supplemental Motor Vehicle list. Written appeal applications must be received by the Board by 1 pm, Thursday, March 19, 2021. The Board will schedule hearings in April for appeals received on or before this date. Appellants will be notified of their appointment time. Information on connecting remotely and in person attendance at the meeting will be available when the Agenda is posted after 3/19/2021.
