LEGAL NOTICE SCOTLAND BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS

 

Appeals to the Board of Assessment Appeals on the Grand List of October 1, 2025 for all property in the Town of Scotland must be filed in writing no later than February 20, 2026. Applications must be completed in their entirety.   Hearings will be conducted on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 by appointment.  Letters confirming appointments will be mailed to applicants who have filed applications in a timely manner.  Applications are available in the Assessor’s Office or online on the Assessor's page on the town website
