The Scotland Registrars of Voters will host a public lottery on September 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Scotland Town Hall at 9 Devotion Road, Scotland, CT, to determine the order of candidates on the ballot for the November 2, 2021 Municipal Election. The public is invited to attend.
