REQUEST FOR BID - RENOVATIONS FOR SCOTLAND TOWN HALL

 

The Town of Scotland, CT will receive sealed bids for the above-named project until 10:00 AM, Local Time, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 9 Devotion Road, Scotland, CT 06264, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

 

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 11:00 AM, Local Time, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Scotland Town Hall. The pre-bid meeting will include a mandatory tour of the site. All questions pertaining to the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to the Architect no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

 

The work on the historic building shall include, but is not limited to, site work for utility upgrades, parking, site access, walkways ramp and retaining wall, as well as complete renovation of the Town Hall including structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems; architectural alterations for building-wide handicap access and programmatic improvements; building envelope improvements for thermal efficiency including insulation enhancement and restoration of historic wood windows.
