The Town of Windham has informed us that they will not be able to have a tax collection day in Scotland at this time. Due to unforeseen circumstances in the revenue office, they are working with only 2 staff members at this time.
The Town of Windham is working closely with Human Resources and the Unions to secure additional staffing support. Unfortunately, at this time they are unable to schedule anyone for a “day in the town.” If the situation changes, they will notify everyone immediately, and if we are able to bring someone on before the end of January, we will set a date to be in Scotland.
