The Town is soliciting proposals to lease the old Town
Garage on Pinch Street. The building is in need of repair, and proposals that include an exchange of repairs for a portion of the rent are welcome. Any lease must be approved by the Town Meeting, either at a special meeting or at the annual meeting, currently scheduled for June 8, 2023. All proposals must be received by 6 pm, April 24, 2023.
